The first look of Rick and Morty season 4 was released at San Diego Comic-Con 2019

The first look at Rick and Morty season 4 is here. In the panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon have released an exclusive clip for the upcoming fourth season of their adult animated comedy series, scheduled for Will return after a two-year gap. The new interface of Rick and Morty season 4 features Glo Glootie and an application that seems to be out of control. Morty smashed the computer to take down the application, only for Glootie to remind him, that is not how the application works. Clootie tries to trick Morty and Jerry to try to escape, but they catch up to his plot.

Rick and Morty season 4 will have a total of 10 episodes, confirmed by Roiland and Harmon earlier this week, and will feature at least four guest stars in actress-director Kathleen Turner (Romance the Stone), writer-director. Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok), actor Sam Neill (Jurassic Park) and actor Paul Giamatti (Billions). Waititi and Neill were chosen because the creators of Rick and Morty wanted an alien species with the taste of Kiwi. Waititi is voicing Glootie in the clip above.

And not surprisingly, the entire main cast of Rick and Morty is back. That includes Roiland as both Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith, Spencer Grammer as the sister of Morty Summer Smith, Sarah Chalke is Rick’s daughter, and Summer and Morty’s mother, Beth Smith, and Chris Parnell are Beth’s husband, and Summer and Morty’s father, Jerry Smith.

The two-year gap between seasons 3 and 4 – currently the longest program between the two seasons – is due to lengthy conversations between Roiland, Harmon and the Adult Swim network. Finally, the two signed a long-term deal worth 70 episodes in May last year, which secured Rick and Morty’s future for six more potential seasons.

Earlier this week, Roiland and Harmon said they expected a shorter distance from Rick and Morty season 5: I don’t know how fast we can do it, but I know it will never (two years) again). We actually wrote part 5 while ending part 4 just to force ourselves to follow a certain schedule.

Rick and Morty season 4 will premiere in November on Netflix in India. New episodes will be broadcast weekly.
